Refresher/energy drink bar:

We do have a curated menu of traditional beverages that guests generally love. However, we can absolutely switch out certain drinks or even add a signature drink that is the spotlight for your event.

Mobile Bar Services:

We can absolutely customize almost any cocktail requested beforehand. We offer various packages based off how many cocktails you would like to be featured on your menu previous to your event. Let us know what you are thinking and we will help curate the perfect beverage experience for you and your guests.

No, due to Florida regulations clients must provide the alcohol. However, we can work together on getting a detailed list of what to purchase for your event. We will provide bartending services, premium mixers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, bar setup, straws, napkins, and ice. Unless otherwise discussed.

Yes! We love crafting beautiful, fresh non-alcoholic experiences featuring your favorite flavors. We have lemonades, refreshers, mocktails and energy drinks that everyone can enjoy.

We are mainly based out of St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay Florida, however can make exceptions on travel throughout the state depending on date and location. Please email for further details.

Generally speaking we recommend at least booking a month in advance that way we can lock in the perfect date for you and prepare your custom logos and custom drink experience.

However, if there is a last minute event or unexpected change please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team directly and if those dates are available we would be happy to make something work for you.

Drift & Sip is a luxury mobile cart experience therefore all of our packages include everything you need for your experience without you having to worry about a thing.

Once quoted a price for your specific event you will have to submit a 30% non-refundable deposit to lock-in your event date. Following the deposit, full payment will be required 2 weeks in advance. If you have booked an event within 1 week of the event itself, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.

If looking to do a payment plan over the span of a few months that is an option as long as full payment is met 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Gratuity is not included in the base package, however will be included in every quote provided by our team.

18% gratuity will be required for all of our mobile bartending events. There are various ways to go about the gratuity depending on your preference.

• Option 1: If your prefer to not have your guests tip our bartenders you can pay the gratuity upfront with your package price.

• Option 2: If you prefer having a tip option on the mobile bar cart at the event itself for your guests to tip, we will take the total amount tipped by the guests and subtract that from the required 18% gratuity. If tips from guests cover the full 18% gratuity you will receive a full refund for the gratuity required by the host after the event. If guest tips cover a portion of the required 18% you will receive a partial refund. If no tips are given depending on the style of the event the host will be responsible for the full 18% gratuity.

We do require gratuity because our bartenders work extremely hard not just with creating a wonderful experience but also in set-up and breakdown of events. They are also paid hourly, however we like to make sure they feel appreciated and are compensated fairly for providing an unforgettable experience.

If you feel that the service exceeds your expectations and would like to ever tip our bartenders more that’s always appreciated.

Majority of our packages offered have a set price, however, we would love to work with you and can possibly make some adjustments to what will be included and find a custom package that fits for you.

We understand plans are always evolving. Let us know your final guest count 2 weeks prior to your event, before you have paid for our services in full and we would be happy to adjust accordingly.
